1. Acceptance
Vistapro Limited (VistaLock) provides the VistaLock website and platform. By accessing vistalock.ng or any VistaLock application, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any role-specific terms (merchant, dealer, agent, or customer).
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
VistaLock provides technology for device financing, merchant operations, repayments, and optional device security (VistaProtect). Vistapro Limited is a technology platform operator; credit decisions may be made by licensed financiers and partners subject to Nigerian law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts & Acceptable Use
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users
- Comply with Nigerian law, including FCCPA consumer protections where applicable, and any international requirements that apply to your use
4. Intellectual Property
VistaLock, VistaProtect, and related logos, software, and content are owned by Vistapro Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose while your account remains active.
5. Liability & Governing Law
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Vistapro Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, after good-faith negotiation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
Merchants must also accept the Merchant Terms of Service during onboarding.
